Hi! I'm so happy you're here. A little bit ABOUT ME:

I have had the unique experience to gain clinical expertise in various settings including Psychological Counseling Services (IOP) in Scottsdale, AZ, The Ranch (Inpatient) in Nunnelly, TN and then currently in private practice located in Nashville, TN. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and specialize in treating addiction as well as trauma.

 

I have found a clinical niche working with the addicts who also identify with the neuro-difference ADHD and/or OCD. I have been consulting with experts in the areas of neuro-difference and OCD enabling me to become better able to implement appropriate therapeutic tools. I have also trained in EMDR and am a SomEX Certified practitioner. 

 

I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator (CDWF) and have a passion for incorporating the works of Brené Brown in my work with clients. I currently serve as a Co-Chair for the Southeast Region of CDWF practitioners.
